1. Warm tortillas as directed on package.
2. On each tortilla spread 2 tablespoons of guacamole.
3. Sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons tomato.
4. Take 1/4 cup of the sprouts and 1 slice of the roast beef and put it on top of the tortilla.
5. Roll up the tortilla.
6. Secure it with a toothpick.
7. When you are ready to eat it serve it with the Mexican salsa.
