Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

This recipe reminds me of my childhood. My grandfather used to make us this sandwich and he and I would take a long walk eating our sandwiches as we walked along.

Ingredients -

1 Small Ripe Banana
2 Slices White Bread
3 Tablespoons Chunky Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Butter

 
Preparation:

1. Mash the banana with a spoon in a small bowl.

2. Toast the white bread.

3. Butter each piece of toast.

4. Spread the chunky peanut butter on one side of the toast.

5. Add the mashed banana on the opposite peace.

6. Fry the sandwich in a frying pan until golden brown.

7. Serve immediately.
